Strength & Balance (Otago)
This class is suitable for anyone who is fearful of falling or is not comfortable standing for any length of time. A chair is required as it is a mix of seated and standing exercises that are designed to assist with improving your strength and balance so as to aim to prevent falls.

Cardiac rehab/circuit This class is suitable for all as adaptations can be given for all exercises. We do a group warm up and then do a circuit consisting of 10 stations, which is repeated twice. The stations are one minute in duration with a brief gap between so I can explain the next exercise. The circuit is designed so that the whole body gets a work out and is a cardio vascular exercise followed by an active recovery exercise. I do the circuit with you and time willing I do a stretch at the end. I do have these stretches detailed in an email if anyone needs them.New Paragraph
Paracise This class is a low impact exercise class, carried out to some wonderful music and consists of exercises that have been choreographed together to form a fun workout. Paracise is ideal for those who find regular fitness classes too demanding, or who haven't exercised for a long time, or who are coming back from injury.
